This is our preferred method of snow removal because it prevents buildup of snow around house, driveway and protects landscaping
Shoveling (Walkway/Deck)

Shoveling can be done on walkways and decks on snow days but driveway snow removal takes precedence and the staff may return later in the day to do these services.  Shoveling is performed with a two to three man crew.

We also provide the following services, which are done with prior approval from the owner or person responsible for the property. These services are NOT priority on snow days and may be rescheduled if they do happen to be scheduled on a snow day.  These services are charged at a rate of one man per hour.
Roof Snow Removal
 Roof snow removal and clean up of snow that falls onto the ground is done with a three to four man crew.
Ice Chipping – Skid Steer with Operator
(Roadways, Driveways and Drainages)
Ice Removal – (Two to Three Man Crew)            
(Sidewalks, Decks, etc.)
Driveway Widening
Skid Steer w/ Operator (Blower or Plow) 
Trail Grooming with Snowmobile    
Trail Grooming/Snowshoe Packing
(Two to Three Man Crew)
*Two weeks notice prior to arrival at residence required for trail access improvements.

Priority on Snow Days is as follows:

  1. Snow removal accounts (Driveway, entrances to house)
  2. Deck, walkway snow removal
  3. Roof, driveway widening and trail grooming

If any services are scheduled on a snow day, regular snow removal takes precedence over these services and they may be rescheduled to a later date.

  • Snow removal will be done at three plus inches of snow (unless otherwise requested) with a minimum of one half hour charged.
  • Driveway plowing or blowing should not take more than one half hour per 6 inches of snow.
  • Special instructions for your property can be included at the bottom of this sheet.
  • Holiday and weekend snow removal may occur later in the day due to travel time for the snow crew.
  • Please specify ornamental concrete, flagstone paths and any other delicate or ornamental surfaces.
  • Please specify in comments whether or not any snowmelt is to be used on your property. Otherwise pet and child safe snowmelt will be used sparingly.
